We're Looking For A: Business Development Intern to source new opportunities for the partnership team, onboard those opportunities. Source new business opportunities for the company with the end goal of increasing company revenue. This individual will initiate and nurture new relationships with strategically important agencies, affiliates, direct publishers and ad networks. Onboard the new accounts that the Onboarding specialist and the Head of Business development source for the affiliate, biz dev, and directbuy team. This is to onboard the account before it gets passed onto BAU Account Manager. The role requires creativity, intuition and out of the box thinking to prove out these new traffic sources.

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Remote)

What You'll Be Doing: • Responsible for working with the Head of BD and BD Specialist to help in sourcing and listen in on negotiating with new opportunities including but not limited to: • Agencies; networks; flat fee/ cpa/ revshare placement • International and domestic • Non digital opportunities • Responsible for the day to day management of onboarding new accounts that are sourced by the business development team (both Head of Biz Dev and Biz Dev Specialist) • Collaborate with offer managers, tech, copywriting, creative teams to ensure maximum performance of test • Responsible for proving out and testing new traffic before they get passed on to Account Managers • Initiating and implementing optimization strategies (Including negotiating placements, testing different funnels, performance) to maximize performance • In depth data analysis into metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV with the use of Supermetrics, Big Query and Excel • Nourishing relationships from their inception in order to carve out new revenue streams for the company • Assist with Partnership team at large in identifying and negotiation international partnerships moving into Q2 of 2023, utilizing all above ible for staying on top of industry trends and providing solutions to help keep Golden Hippo best in class

We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.): • Ability to build trust and nurture partner relationships • Extremely time oriented and efficient • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both verbally and written • VERY Data Oriented with the ability to obtain relevant date with limited supervision • Project Management skills • Account Management skills • Comprehensive understanding of the paid marketing • Can adapt in a fast-paced digital environment • Extreme proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint • Working Experience with SQL preferred • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or other relevant field

The anticipated salary range for this position is $17-$20/hour. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
