The Opportunity:

Sephora is seeking a highly collaborative professional to join our UX/Product Design and Research Team as a UX Operations Intern, playing a role in supporting the efficient functioning of the team and ensuring a smooth workflow for initiatives across web, apps, enterprise, in-store digital experiences, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities: • Implement design ops best practices, drive methodology standardization, and help refine overall processes and workflows within Sephora’s technology group • Work on the UX team calendar, including cross-functional working groups, design kickoffs, internal reviews, stakeholder reviews, and drive projects forward • Facilitate communication within the UX team and between UX and other departments • Maintain and update documentation related to UX processes and workflows • Assist in project planning and coordination.

Qualifications: • Experience working with a digital design team, operations team, or equivalent major • Understanding of agile methodology • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational, and planning skills • Ability to influence, connect, and collaborate with a variety of groups and personalities, both technical and not technical, at all levels of the organization

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
