The Role
The channel marketing intern supports the channel marketing organization to scale the effectiveness of marketing programs and manage the correlated data to measure the team’s success. This individual will work under the marketing programs team to create and audit Salesforce campaigns, maintain digital assets, internal communications and intranet instances, and other project-based tasks that drive the adoption of partner engagement and demand-generating activities.
Job Requirements
- Partner with regional CMMs to create SFDC campaigns, audit/upload leads, and track conversion rates.
- Drive marketing automation and standardization in Marketo for customer events, partner engagement, graphics, and lead attribution
- Maintain channel marketing intranet site for internal stakeholders and create communications to increase adoption of marketing programs internally.
- Partner with marketing operations to maintain digital asset lead flows specific to partner use cases
- Work on project-based assignments to drive the Proofpoint channel business forward
Experience
- Experience in Salesforce or Marketo preferred but not required
- Can effectively communicate in written formats
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Time management and ability to undertake several projects at once
- Quick learner and strong sense of teamwork
