Description:
We are looking for energetic Business Development Associates to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will data gathering, data processing and market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Other duties will include attracting new clients and build relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. You will work with various departments and report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the companies reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable. Business Development Associate will keep a close eye on clients; feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations. You will also be required to build capacity through regular training and mentorship.
Job Responsibilities:

ï‚· Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
ï‚· Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by iCompaas.
ï‚· Understand companies vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

ï‚· Ability to manage and meet task deadlines.
Job Requirements:
ï‚· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ï‚· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
ï‚· Friendly and personable demeanor.
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
ï‚· Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
ï‚· Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
ï‚· 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
