What Qualifications are we looking for in a Consulting Intern? • Recent graduate (any field of study) • Background in business • Creative and strategic thinking skills • Ability to work independently • Someone who is looking for more than just a recommendation letter after ending the internship program • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to build relationships; listen proactively, ask the right questions and clarify the needs and expectations of the team • Knowledge of data analysis and research procedures • Credibility and proven track record • High attention to details even though not necessarily relying on details • Solid problem solving and time management skills

Day in a life of a business consultant consist of • Conduct desk research • Present and explain findings for the benefit of the team • Identify patterns and forecast trends by aligning it with our research goals • Organize and manage business projects • Create presentations as assigned • Assess and analyze business data • Handle various administrative tasks • Act as a first point of contact for callers, deal with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or to highlight them for their manager's attention • Conduct market research and focus groups • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Who is a graduate Intern? • An intern is here to learn and practice • While an intern is involved in activities right away, interns are not accountable for the projects or cases; their assigned mentors are • Interns are mainly responsible to accomplish the task they are given and to participate in other tasks
