As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing to meaningfully contribute to our 2024 strategic marketing objectives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in the field of B2B marketing, contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, and work on real-world projects that will have a meaningful impact on our business. This position requires: • Prior internship experience in marketing or communications, OR Majoring or minoring in marketing, PR/communications, or a related business field • Basic operating knowledge of the following web and desktop applications is required: • Google Applications (Drive, Documents, Sheets, Slides) • Gmail • College-level writing skills are required; great writers preferred WHAT WILL YOU GAIN • Valuable experience in the health tech industry. • Hands-on experience in marketing and strategy. • Exposure to a fast-paced and innovative work environment. • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. • Networking opportunities within the company.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP AT COTA: In the 12 weeks of your internship, you will: • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives • Complete projects related to branding, content creation, digital marketing, and social media marketing • Assist with the preparation of campaigns and reports • Handle inbound requests from vendors • Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity • Implement project management • Collect performance metrics to measure progress HOW YOU WILL IMPACT COTA Key Responsibilities may include: • Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and refinement of marketing strategies, including positioning, target audience segmentation, and messaging. Contribute to the creation of marketing plans and help identify growth opportunities. • Digital Marketing: Collaborate to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor key performance indicators and assist in making data-driven recommendations. • Content Creation: Participate in content creation initiatives, including ideas for blog posts, creating project plans, and developing multimedia content to engage our target audiences • Product Launch Support: Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches. Assist in creating marketing collateral and evaluating launch outcomes. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and drive integrated marketing efforts. • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights, campaign performance, and project updates to stakeholders. • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the company's marketing efforts. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies with high academic achievements in business, marketing, PR/Communications or a related field. • Prior marketing work experience. • Strong analytical and research skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Salary: $25.00/hr
