Job Title: Business Development Intern
Company: County Sports Zone Location: Remote/Online Duration: Part-time, up to 10 hours per week over 12 weeks Compensation: Up to $2,000 stipend, with potential for college credit
County Sports Zone (CSZ) is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in business development, networking, and community engagement within the realm of high school sports reporting. CSZ is an online platform that focuses on reporting and promoting high school athletic contests.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work approximately 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule. ● Reach out to high school journalism programs and athletic directors to establish relationships and recruit "CSZ Ambassadors" from various high schools. ● Familiarize CSZ Ambassadors with County Sports Zone's website, mission, and reporting guidelines. ● Educate CSZ Ambassadors on how to post content effectively on The Zone platform. ● Track ambassador content and related statistics to evaluate performance and engagement.
Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a college or university program. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. ● Passion for high school sports and community engagement. ● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Additional Information:
This is a paid internship, offering a stipend of up to $2,000 for the duration of the internship. Additionally, there is potential to earn college credit for this internship, subject to approval by your academic institution.
