Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our iconic brands include Botox, CoolSculpting, Juvederm and more. The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Intern to add to our high performing team to do just that.

Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Alle, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Alle has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Intern as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform. If you're interested in working within a startup-oriented environment, while having the backing of a very large company, please read on.

Product Marketing Internship Description

The Product Marketing Intern will support the Alle Product Marketing team on a range of exciting tasks and projects.

Responsibilities within this role can be categorized into two main areas of focus: • Consumer Marketing: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and close vendor partners in the development, management, and execution of consumer campaigns to attract, engage, and retain current and prospective consumers and build brand affinity and equity across channels (including social media). • Software Product Marketing: Participate in a variety of marketing efforts for new product and feature launches that cater to both the consumer and the provider, supporting research, planning and execution of go-to-market plans.

This role is cross-functional - offering opportunity to partner with a range of teams including, but not limited to, product management, engineering, brand marketing, analytics, personalization performance marketing, creative, legal, regulatory and compliance.

You Will • Research and document an understanding of the industry and competitive landscape to support in properly positioning and differentiating our digital products. • Foster an understanding of the aesthetics market including the needs of our sales force, customers, and consumers; apply learnings to B2B and B2C-related workstreams. • Contribute to planning and asset development for live events such as sales meetings and trade shows. • Support the Product Marketing Team in smooth operations by adeptly managing administrative tasks. • Manage internal review process, handling the submission of content to AbbVie's legal, regulatory and compliance partners via Veeva PromoMats. • Prepare performance reports by collaborating cross-functionally with all departments. • Keep a steady pulse on the trends and interests of our target consumers and providers, as well as the needs that they look for software to solve. • Represent Alle and all Allergan Aesthetics brands with intelligence, integrity, creativity, and consistency in all internal and external communications.

Minimum Qualifications • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program, preferably with an emphasis in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or other relevant field(s) • Must be enrolled in an accredited MBA program the semester following your internship and graduate between December 2024 - July 2025 • At least 2-3 years of prior work experience • Digitally savvy and comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.) • Strong writing and communications skills • Adept in social media platforms and proficient in content development • Past internship experience in consumer and/or product marketing experience at a technology company and/or healthcare, beauty, wellness or aesthetics marketing experience a plus
