Roles + Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates with the expertise and passion for solving challenging unique problems. Product Management Interns will use knowledge and creativity to guide the development of innovative new systems from the ground up.

• Help to create employee tools, resources, templates, worksheets enabling customer experience behavior change
• Support customer interviews by helping with: logistics, recruitment of customers, creation of interview discussion guides, development of surveys, facilitation of customer interviews
• Support synthesis of qualitative feedback to draw out themes and learnings to share with internal teams
• Brainstorm and research ways to further enable the ASE organization with customer feedback
• Assist in internal communications development to evangelize customer experience and customer insights

• Will be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human-Centered Design, or an equivalent field during the 2024-2025 school year.
• Have completed at least your junior year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2024.
• Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience).
• Have academic course work, work experience, or completed project research in one or more of the following Business Management areas (or equivalents):
  • Accounting
  • Business Analytics
  • Business Strategy
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Game Theory
  • Marketing
  • Operations Research
  • Optimization
  • Statistics
  • Supply Chain
  • Attend a university in the US.
  • Authorized to work in the US in 2024.
