Description:

• Ambassador relations, recruitment, outreach, and reporting • Pulling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Building program performance decks • Handling day-to-day tasks in the network • Conducting ongoing ambassador outreach, recruitment, and optimizations • Liaising with social and affiliate teams • Keeping up with emerging trends, technologies, and partners

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer and/or field marketing • Knowledge of affiliate and/or ambassador marketing landscape • Well-organized with excellent time management • Willingness to learn and adapt daily • Ability to build reports and analyze data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Results-oriented and highly motivated • Flexibility and adaptability • Independent worker with minimal supervision • Empathy, open-mindedness, and humility • Passion for the outdoors
