This is a hybrid-remote position reporting to the Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA office. Candidate must reside in Wisconsin or Iowa. • Start Date:

Monday, May 20th What you will do

As a Financial Analyst Intern, you can support a variety of finance areas including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Internal Audit, and Tax. You'll work both independently and in collaboration with other team members. Some projects you may engage in include: • Preparing financial statements and related schedules for our quarterly regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and benefit plan audits. • Utilize tools and technology to analyze large datasets and financial statements to identify trends and form insights to share with the business as a trusted advisor. • Participate in internal control walkthrough meetings with business areas throughout the company to evaluate and test SOX controls to determine whether they are designed and operating effectively. • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications: • We are looking for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related area of study • Preferred: Junior or Senior • Currently holding a GPA of 2.75 or higher

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel • Capable of working independently • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work environment • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills • Interest in technology Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
