Responsibilities

The CareSource Marketing and Communications Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 11-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college. The program offers:

Essential Functions

• Specific activities will vary by assignment
• Opportunity to support ongoing media relations work using writing, editing and in-person skills such as publicity campaigns for food distribution
• Compile data on the media coverage, and report findings to the marketing and corporate leaders within CareSource.
• Some daily tasks include gathering media mentions, review upcoming news, update the CareSource Newsroom, leverage social listening to identify trends, compile impact reports and digest reports of coverage.
• Perform any other job duties as requested

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
