Job Summary

Support key enterprise applications by collaborating with the Financial Systems Analyst. Administer certain finance systems to ensure functionality and uptime for user groups.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of BlackLine, CoStar, Concur and SharePoint.
• Perform configuration changes to address business needs and document system requirements to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to determine areas for improvement and consistency.
• Ensure systems are up to date and focus on automating future changes.
• Assist System Administrator for CRL’s critical finance applications and ensure consistent use and data integrity.
• Update and/or create training materials and user guides.
• Assist System Administrators in testing new enhancements or integrations.
• Complete all applicable tasks timely and accurately.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program pursuing a Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in related fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
