Job description

• This is a 12-week internship* The Product Management Intern works within a product portfolio providing support to the product innovation managers. This includes but is not limited to customer research, market analysis, competitive research, concept prototyping, customer/user feedback-gathering, collateral creation, project management and process improvement. This person will work closely with innovation managers, researchers, and field operations associates while playing a key role in market opportunity identification and solution innovation. Responsibilities • Conduct research to identify applications of emerging technologies like Generative AI in DDI’s product portfolio • Conduct market and customer analysis to gather insight and grasp personas and needs • Coordinate the creation of prototypes and testing of product concepts • Gather competitive intelligence and perform competitive analysis • Write and present the business case for products • Set the vision for assigned products and relay that vision across the organization • Document product requirements, user stories and artifacts to aid the product development process • Initiate or manage relevant partnerships as needed Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields • Experience conducting customer and market research • Passion and/or interest in Generative Artificial Intelligence applications • Creating and leveraging project tools to execute projects • Industry experience (leadership development, talent management, HR) • Proficiency in methods for customer experience, design thinking, or usability testing • Proficiency in tools for statistical or financial analysis Salary: The anticipated hiring range for this position is listed below. Variable Pay: None The exact compensation offered will vary based on skills, experience, and geographic location. Salary Description $25/Hour
