Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

JNJ Composites and Coatings is owned by a New Hampshire-based entrepreneur and is the parent company of several manufacturing companies. Our goal is to unite a team of interns that will be responsible for marketing and growing each company's customer base and customer awareness.

Responsibilities • Develop a new social media strategy and campaign to identify and acquire customers. • Responsible for maintaining Gibco Flexmold's presence on all social media channels • Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns • Consistent communication with the Gibco Flexmold's team regarding campaign plans and performance • Manage the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click advertising

Requirements • Attend all weekly meetings- Our goal is to have two team meetings a week—In the first meeting of the week; the team will be assigned tasks and present their own goals. The second meeting will be held at the end of the week, where interns communicate their work and completed tasks. There will be daily communication between the team, and they will work together to achieve goals throughout the week. • Absence- if you cannot attend a meeting, it is your responsibility to make this known ahead of time. Contact Mary ahead of the meeting to let her know that you cannot attend. It is still mandatory for you to send the team (via email) what your plan is for the week ahead if you miss the first meeting of the week. Or, if you miss the end-of-week meeting, email completed tasks

Compensation • Hourly Pay: $15.00
