This role is dedicated to bolstering our Advanced Analytics & AI practice. Our existing operational framework accommodates remote work with the ability to work onsite in Tysons, VA as needed.

Responsibilities

Analyzing complex processes from an enterprise perspective.

• Assessing operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and developing solutions.
• Evaluating alternative concepts using mathematical models, simulation tools, and supply chain theory.
• Documenting functional capability requirements for subsequent use as the basis for software development.
• Conducting and documenting results from functional software tests.
• Performing studies and analyses and generating technical documentation of the results.
• Creating and presenting briefings to communicate findings and recommendations

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree seeking program at an HBCU required
• Availability to work full-time for at least 10-12 weeks for summer 2024
• Must be available starting at the end of May 2024
• Pursuing a major in Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Math, Operations Research, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic proficiency with a variety of data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and database programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose and write a variety of internal and external documents, reports, and presentations.
