This is not just an internship; it's a journey into the heart of paid media, where you'll get hands-on experience with advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels under the guidance of some of the best damn media buyers in the business. We are seeking a dynamic individual who embodies a blend of analytical acumen, creative problem-solving, and a zest for learning. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the media buying team with daily tasks including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, testing, and analysis. • Engage in continuous learning, applying new skills to real-world business challenges. • Gain proficiency in advanced tools and platforms used to manage paid media campaigns. • Contribute to a variety of advertising channels, such as paid social, search, programmatic, out-of-home, video, and audio advertising. Qualifications: • Highly analytical with strong organizational skills. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Solid understanding of applied statistics and/or mathematics. • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing or advertising. • Excellent communication skills. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Schedule and Compensation: • Intern program is three months, with potential for promotion to a full-time analyst position upon completion. • 3 days, 24 hours per week, with in-office requirement in Los Angeles. • $20 per hour compensation during the internship. • Post-intern full-time roles offer a hybrid working model that is partially remote.
