About the Role

This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. Reporting to one of the brand Co-Founders, your responsibilities will focus on supporting the creation and management of social media content and contributing to the development of the Sepia ambassador program.

What you'll do

• Assist with content calendar strategy and planning
• Develop and execute content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
• Recruit and engage influencers for our ambassador program
• Brainstorm campaign ideas
• Monitor social media platforms for beauty and skincare trends
• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of content and campaigns, driving performance
• Provide ad hoc administrative support for marketing
• Serve as a representative of the brand in the digital community

Who you are

• Comfortable with content creation and publishing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Familiarity with Canva and Loomly, or willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
