Job Description: The Opportunity We are currently hiring for an intern in product design to work with our Guidance and Discovery & Growth teams! This role involves working with our product managers, engineers and internal customers to craft and test our future product experiences. We are looking for a results-oriented design practitioner with emerging skills and curiosity to join our team and take our tooling to the next level– come join us in improving our outstanding skills platform. This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 13th - August 2nd, 2024. This position is reserved for current college/university students that will be graduating in 2025. What you’ll own: Preparing for and co-leading user research along with a Product Manager Collaborate with cross-functional team to determine appropriate solutions based on user experience research and synthesized data Crafting concepts, wireframes, and delivering high quality designs/prototypes through testing, experimentation and development Iterating on your designs through usability testing Collaborate with engineers to ensure clear understanding and execution of final designs Experience you will need: A current junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in CS or related field at an accredited university or college Project experience or related coursework in research and designStrong understanding of research and visual design principles Experience working with Figma a plus Bring yourself.
