Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Supports the Project Manager in overall delivery of assigned projects.
• Supports the Project Manager in maintenance of project documentation, including schedule, requirements, RAID log and reports.
• Coordinates project tasks and tracks to completion.
• Schedules project meetings and documents meeting notes.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of PMO metrics, standards, templates and process.
• Participate in monthly PMO reviews, Quarterly Portfolio Planning, and Annual Planning process.
• Assist project team with creation of additional documentation including Current and To-Be State, Process Workflows, Configuration Specs, Design Architecture, Training Materials and Communications.
