Job Summary
The TouchPoint Marketing & Communications team is on the hunt for a new member to join us! We are looking for a passionate, creative, and social media-savvy individual to dive into executing against our social media strategy, assist in community monitoring, content creation, and storytelling across our digital platforms while also being willing to dive in on additional marketing and communications projects. Both proactive and curious, this intern is a hands-on team player who will make the execution of marketing and communications initiatives possible.
This is not your average internship of going on coffee runs or making copies. Our team will do everything we can to ensure you have a rich, informative experience throughout your 3 months with us. We are a team who strongly believes in collaboration and will be sure to include you in any and all projects that we believe will showcase your skillset.
The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate, detail-oriented, organized, creative, and enthusiastic. Both proactive and curious, this intern is a hands-on team player who will make the execution of digital content, including video, social media, and internal communications initiatives possible. This person should be passionate about social media, storytelling, asking questions, and ensuring our workforce is kept informed and motivated. The preferred candidate is available for 40 hours/week, though part-time will be considered.

Job Details
The preferred candidate is available full-time (40 hours/week) OR if you are a college student, part-time (20 hours/week).
This role has the opportunity to be hybrid and work part-time in our Atlanta Support Center (400 Northridge Rd Suite 600), but fully remote candidates will also be considered.
This is a PAID internship. Yes, you read that correctly! We value your time and want to be sure you are properly compensated, so we offer our interns a rate of $17/an hour.
Key Responsibilities
Internal communications support: Assisting with soliciting, proofing, editing, and organizing content and design of weekly newsletters and company intranet.
Community feedback monitoring: Monitor and respond to follower/fan feedback on social media, Glassdoor and Indeed.
Content creation & scheduling: Contribute to creating, scheduling & publishing social media content to sector social media accounts.
Storytelling: Assist in finding and storing content from/about our field that we should be sharing on our own social media channels, as well as being able to craft captions for social media that tell our story.

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
