We are seeking design students who are drawn to tricky design challenges, love researching the problem deeply, are hands-on problem solvers, and above all, sweat the details. What you'll be doing: We're looking for the next outstanding Graphic Design Intern to collaborate with our team of in-house creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers. Getting hands-on with brand design and real-world experience creating iconography, logos, web UX, videos, 3D animations, and more that are used across our company, globally. In a single day you could be building a new piece of apparel for our employee gear store, crafting a new social post, and helping to design an identity for a new product. You will collaborate daily with your peers both inside and outside of the creative team, learning about our target audiences, our products and their impact, and getting very hands-on to tackle challenges both big and small. What we need to see: Pursuing a degree in a BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent program Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook Awesome samples of how you apply graphic design to create big ideas and forward-thinking creative concepts Demonstration of the fundamental principles of graphic design, typography, and layout applied to print and digital projects with understanding of principles of branding and how they adapt and evolve across a complex product ecosystem. Experience and knowledge of technical and traditional art processes and production pipelines with tools such as Adobe or Figma. Ways to stand out from the crowd: You live in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Blender, Maya, and AfterEffects experience is a plus! A love for technology; an ability and passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out Your passion to take intent and direction from your peers and leaders and apply your graphic design skills to build a vision, iterate quickly, revise, and produce outstanding work Evidence of how you seek out and evangelize the latest creative and design industry trends and technologies, and embrace change Ideas! Meticulous sketching to final idea process. The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience. You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
