We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Planning team as a Data Analyst. In this role, they will play a crucial part in shaping the company's strategic direction by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python. What will you do? Collect, clean, and analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Utilize Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. Use Python for data analysis and scripting as needed. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and methodologies. Experience using AI tools and exploring new technologies What skills and knowledge should you bring? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Why us? For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process.
