Responsibilities: • Develop Financial Strategy: Take charge of developing financial strategies for new programs, analyzing funding options, and creating budgets to support their successful implementation. This includes conducting financial research, forecasting financial performance, and recommending strategies to optimize resource allocation. • Design Growth Strategy: Drive the growth of existing initiatives by designing comprehensive growth strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategic plans that maximize impact and sustainability. Implement performance metrics to monitor progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Partner Project Coordination: Serve on specific projects in partnership with external organizations. Provide expert advice, conduct assessments, and develop customized solutions to address their unique challenges. Collaborate closely with the partner organizations to ensure effective implementation and desired outcomes. • Cross-Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with various teams, including marketing, HR, finance, and others, to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster effective communication, streamline workflows, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and maximize the overall impact of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program, having completed at least three semesters or equivalent credit hours. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset. • Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong desire to learn and take initiative. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Previous internship experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus. • Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies is desirable. • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
